When I press the button on my setting app the message comes up (settings keep stopping ) so I can’t enter my settings could anyone please help I did take it to the phone shop and he took it back to factory setting and it worked for a few hours then it when faulty again took out the sim and replace it back again but did not solve the problem can anyone help please 👍?????

But if these don't work along with the factory reset then ask the source you purchased it from for a swap out.

Sorry. I have no solution but I have within the past 2 weeks had exactly the same problem. Nobody seems able to help, even Samsung.

Hey there, @Tony331 & @lee725 . Did you try @BandOfBrothers solution? Clearing the cache partition should resolve this.
