Tbh I get along with it as i have always done. Whenever there were major Android and UI changes on phones the look of the phones changed, not always i have taken it easily, but I got along with it because there are also good things coming with an update. I have used other companies and didn't like their phones, but that's just me probably. Samsung still does it better in my view.
I still prefer Samsung for reliability and device versatility and the new Ecosystem which I am just learning to use and love now as it comes with many useful features and connectivity. I mostly don't like that i have to scroll up and down through the apps menu and that the clock icon has disappeared from the notification panel, I don't really care where the search bar is tbh, although it was better when it was on the top of the apps panel. Besides from these changes, my phone still works the same and delivers great experience for the money I payed for it. I don't feel the performance has been affected, I feel it does better and has more features than it had with UI 6.1.
