May 16th has been and gone with no updates, is it even coming this month for the A series???

I believe the A35 wasn't expected until June. Another post on forums… where did you see May 16th? The update release is unknown as fact- could be sooner, could be later. And even if there is a date given- it doesnt mean YOULL get it that day- as the update comes out in batches and regions at different times

The only A series phones to get it so far are A55, A54 and A35 in South Korea only.

Samsung are taking their time releasing it elsewhere. They could release it this month for all A series phones if they wanted to, but they like their ridiculous and unnecessary staggered rollouts.

From what I read on Samsung's website, it should be July 25th for the A series.

That's wrong. The A35 and A55 have already got it in Europe.

A55, A54, A35, A16 and A15 have got it in South Korea.
