When using my A34 phone I have been finding that clicking the sidebutton auto takes me to recording. I have been on an online chat and they have diagnosed the issue which was great. How do I receive confirmation from Samsung this was the issue with my phone as its been somewhat embarrassing that my phone has been recording when it should not be. Thanks
