Ah, I see. Thank you. Instead of plugging your A53 into a PC or laptop, you can achieve the same effect by plugging in USB-C Headphones while your phone is switched off and then following the steps.

Ah, OK. In that case, @Anonymous User, I think it would be beneficial to submit an Error report, so that our developers can take a closer look at what might be causing this behaviour on your A53:

Sorry for my late reply. I have made an error report. They just answered that they couldn't figure out what was wrong and said that I could write again if it happened again 😭😭 so nooo help at all 😡 I have also noticed that it is a problem with notifications on a lot of my other apps. Such as Messenger, my live soccer application and more. I'm afraid that we can't be helped 😓😓

I just had a chat with a samsung employee. He asked me to try doing some different things. But none of it worked. He said that I could reset my settings, but I have already done that a couple of days ago, which didn't help. He then said that the only solution he had left was to factory reset the phone. That's the last thing that I want to do, it's so much work doing that. And I'm not even sure it would help. Guess we have to wait and see if a new, and hopefully soon coming update will fix it. But wow it is frustrating. By the way, hope you can understand my English. I am actually from Denmark 😄😄

I also find that any actions related to the notification (Mark as Read / Reply etc.) don't show up now for some notifications so you need to do more work to action something, we use a MFA type app at work and normally you can just tap 'Yes it's me' to verify your logon attempt but now you need to go to app and verify or open the notification manually and select teh action.
