I have a complaint I would like processed! I have a s9 That is my lifeline through the government I have made a complaint that my phone heats app to the point and makes my face red wherever it sits on I have to put it on speakerphone my hand gets red I don't talk long on the phone after 3 minutes of trying to make a call to make my appointments because I'm disabled I'm going for a new operation the phone gets taught I called customer service how to taket written up somebody called me back and proceeded to tell me They are sorry that my phone heats up I have to send it in the box back to have the company check it out this is my lifeline through the government I have this phone not because I want a free phone I have this phone for my protection my lifeline if I fall and send the phone back to you guys and wait for evaluation if I fall I will not be able to call anybody for help what the heck is the problem all I asked was for a loner phone While your company checks out a phone get Uber heats and could possibly burn my face but I'm smart enough to turn it off and cool it off this is ridiculous I am not happy with this I spoke to a lady that said that she would process to take it send me a box to send the phone back I'm not trying to scam anybody I just want to be safe so if I send my phone to be evaluated I'm not going to be safe if I use the phone because I need it for my safety I'm not going to be safe please tell me How Samsung is backing their phones this is ridiculous for crying out loud for safety's sake I would like somebody to contact me supervisor something 'cause I need help

Sadly we do not provide temporary replacement phones as past of this service, so it won't be possible to get this arranged for you. We do have a walk-in repair option, as well as a doorstep repair service, however this is subject to availability depending on your location. When you got in touch with our Support Team, did they take your post code to check the available repair options in your region? If not, you may wish to get back in touch, as the walk-in and doorstop options can often be completed on the same day, which will avoid any complications that might arise from being without your device for an extended period.
