In regards to calls and data connection > This could be a network issue @rogerjowetta520f1
Try the following.....
- Check if it's a mast issue by commuting away from your current area and then see what happens.
- Check any available Network Mast Checker which are normally available on your Network Support Pages.
- Remove the sim and gently wipe the sim card chip and reinsert.
- Try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.
- Try another sim card in your phone.
- In Settings, General Management, Reset, Reset Network Connection.
- Check in with your Network Customer Services to ensure it's not an account issue.
