Can't make calls or access internet but a £500 roaming charges from sky crooks

My avatars is animated here but not with gmail YouTube or facebook why not?

You'd have to check with Facebook etc in regards to what type avatars they allow @rogerjowetta520f1

Try the following.....

• Check if it's a mast issue by commuting away from your current area and then see what happens.
• Check any available Network Mast Checker which are normally available on your Network Support Pages.
• Remove the sim and gently wipe the sim card chip and reinsert.
• Try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.
• Try another sim card in your phone.
• In Settings, General Management,  Reset,  Reset Network Connection.
• Check in with your Network Customer Services to ensure it's not an account issue.
