Hi

I live in Israel, I bought Samsung Tab A9+, but there is not "record call" option in Call settings.

What can I do? why it is missing?

Thanks

Hello 👋 @tomka_5 and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Ireland members.

Your countries privacy rules many stop the implementation of the facility to record calls.

You could look in the Playstore for any applicable app.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

On Samsung Android devices, the Screen Recording tile icon in the Quick Settings panel looks like a solid white video camera (or camcorder) symbol inside a Sqaure.

It usually resembles a simplified video camera with a small dot or red indicator when actively recording.

To find it:

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel.

If you don’t see it immediately, swipe down again to expand the full list.

Look for an icon resembling a video camera inside a Sqaure.

If it's missing, tap the three-dot menu > Edit buttons, and you can drag the Screen Recorder tile into the panel.

for newer UI you will need to pull down in top right corner to bring down quick menu

Forgot to add when you click on it . You will me greeted with a pop up asking you for permission ie if you only what media for just screen recording a Video and no mic. But for calling selected to bottom option for Media and Mic and that should work for yourself .

I would like to add (You do need to Inform the Incoming Caller that you are Recording the Phonecall) for Legal Reasons as BandofBrothers mentioned about privacy Laws and Recording phonecall/Video calls and such

I think you will find call recording doesn't work. This was a change many years ago by google in accordance to regional rules

Am on about the Screen Recording Tile on Quick menu Feature that allows you to Screen Record Media or Media and mic so it records both Users Audio?

Your title post and narrative clearly refer to your question being about call recording......

OK so if you're not seeing the screen recording function, I suspect this may be because what you are trying to record has blocked screen recording.

For example here in the UK, if you are watching Sky TV using the SkyGo App, you cannot screen record or take a screenshot.
