HELP!. I have the same problem but in my case, it is very urgent. I am travelling and just before I left, my Note 10 faulted and I bought an as new A13. (It still had the plastic protection strips on it). My plan was to travel using Google wallet with my travel card on phone, and have the physical card stored stored as a backup.
I am finding that although my card has been loaded into Wallet and accepted, I cannot use TAP, and the phone is not showing NFC anywhere. The country code shows that this is an Australian phone and I ahve roaming installed on it. I have updated all the drivers. I am now with only one form of payment when travelling, that being the physical card without any backup
Can anyone please explain, is it possible to get NFC on my phone despite it refusing to acknowledge its existence?
(Android V 14, One UI version 6.1, google play system update 1/3/2024)

Thanks Lucas,
The countruy code says it was made for Vodophone Australia, it may have been something they didn't offer.

Hello Kermit. Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same phone and operating system. The software originates in Australia. Everything I've read says it should be enabled for NFC but it doesn't appear in the Connections Menu.

NFC is a regional feature. The UK variant of the A13 does come with NFC, however, some international variants don't. If the option isn't listed under Settings > Connections, it would indicate your phone is one of the variants that doesn't have this.
