Can I get it on galaxy a13, I found that the batter icon ij the status bar that looks like a pill looked cool and I want that, so can I upgrade on my galaxy a13?

No, a13 is not supported

Hi @theone347 Welcome to the Samsung Community
The A13 was only elegible for 3 years of OS updates (originally shipped with Android 11), will therefore not receive One Ui 7.0. It will still receive security updates until the end of 2025. Can see some information on update policy here.
