I haven't had any notifications with mobile data on. The apps are not in deep sleep, data saver is off, its unrestricted battery, and background data usage is allowed. I wiped cache partition. Any help? Thanks in advance.

My Google Play Store was on wi-fi only. After switching it to mobile data and wi-fi, it fixed the notification problem. Hopefully that helps other people who has this issue.

Sometimes a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on can help @Nancyp604
Also check the notifications section.
I assume your data connection is stable.
If possible try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

I've restarted my phone many times and even resetted my settings but I still have the same issue.
I believe this just this phone. I purchased it in May and have not gotten notifications on data.

Is your Google Play Store app on wi-fi only? I fixed it by switching it to mobile data and wi-fi.

you probably didn't understand what I said in my previous message. Can you let us know where this setting it to put Google Play Store app on wi-fi???
and how to switch it to mobile data and wifi. Please provide full steps so I can try that.
