Absolutely fuming with the newest system update as now my A35 keeps turning off unexpectedly every 10 minutes or so, literally unusable. What can I do to solve this? Followed the steps by steps to check for other things that might be forcing it but was fine until the system update.
Samsung, please, what can I do as I need my phone for my 2 children in school and possible autism appoinent phonecalls.

I am at the moment because I can't do anything without risking it turning off mid way through, absolutely rubbish especially with me being on holiday this week 😞
