New UI 7.0 update

I've been wondering for some time if the Samsung A13 will be getting the new UI update. I have searched online and most of the sites have said that the 7.0 version will not be available on the Samsung A13. I've decided to come here, and try to get an answer to my question.

My s pen got missing and I couldn't find it. I bought a new one from ebay which arrived today. The s-pen could fix properly into the phone but couldn't connect. Please what will I do?
