I've been wondering for some time if the Samsung A13 will be getting the new UI update. I have searched online and most of the sites have said that the 7.0 version will not be available on the Samsung A13. I've decided to come here, and try to get an answer to my question.

Good evening @Evelyn0 and Welcome to the Community!
We have moved your post over to the A-Series board so that other users of this device will be able to help from their own experience.
We have no details on this update being available on the A13, but please keep an eye out for any news on future updates for your A13.

Unfortunately your phone model won't be eligible by the looks of things.

@JBosco currently the Beta Programme is full so won't be accepting any further eligible models of the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra.
To be frank as the Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Series isn't that far away from launch with will have One Ui⁷ on them, i.e the Unpacked Event is on the ²²nd of January with the launch being soon after we should see the finished version of the update being pushed out after to all other eligible Samsung phone models.
Be aware the caveat is that your phone can become unstable at the Beta Programme stages occur, and certain apps such as Banking Apps and payment options such as Samsung Wallet and Google Wallet maybe affected. Leaving the Beta either while the Beta stages are still ongoing or the end of the Beta can be rarely problematic. I would suggest to not download the Beta onto your daily driver if the above are important to you personally.

It's nothing to do with it being a budget phone, it's to do with when it was released. It's already received the maximum number of OS updates it was promised. All Samsung Galaxy phones get OS updates, even the A0x phones.
