New One ui 3.1 call screen

When I got the new One ui 3.1 I wanted to choose a new animation/call screen lime I aee on YouTube but only has 1 video and k don't want to put a picture as the call back 

Ground how do I change this

Click on the three dots
Click on settings
Call background
Choose background or video

@IamJai: When you head to the Phone app > 3 dots > Settings > Call Background > Background, tap the '+' symbol in the top right corner to add photos and videos from your Gallery.
