Galaxy A14 unresponsive screen after one ui 7 update - Patch being released

I am pleased to say after corresponding with Samsung UK CEO a patch is being released hopefully today.

Yep, installed this morning. So far all OK. Funnily a support response just received makes no mention of the patch, just a we'll look into it 🤔

Well I'm in Wales. It was available as an update in the Samsung store. I didn't get notified.

I did softwear update yesterday on my A.14, so far.......so good !!

I haven't had or found an update but my phone seems to be working OK. Very strange.

Just check phone updates..I didn't get a notice, just looked.
