If you haven't already, restart your device. As in, power off. Leave it off a few minutes the start it up again. You should at least get wifi back, where you can check for updates which if there is one, normally resolves any issues. If there isn't an update and the issue is still present, either contact your store where you purchased or in worst case, contact Samsung. I say worst case as they ain't too good, even when they try to charge you money, it ain't any better.
