Myzone belt found on Bluetooth but will not connect? Keeps saying LE device. My belt has been charged to 100%. It will not pair. Location settings all OK. It's not installed on any other device! So frustrating that this new phone doesn't work as it should. What is wrong with it's Bluetooth?

What makes you so certain the issue is with the device and not the belt?

Belt is functioning and connects to the gym myzone yesterday and is 100% charged. App works too. Problem is that this phone is not pairing on Bluetooth it says Low energy device?

So your belt may not have the technology to link to your device.

It was linked to my old Samsung S. I will turn that back on and reinstall myzone. See if there is an update. If yes upgrade. This belt works with Android and Bluetooth so should not be an issue. I will see if there are updates. If not, then it's this phones Bluetooth that is the issue and I'd need a fix. Also Bluetooth settings all OK and switched on including advanced etc. Will report back later.

It may be an issue if it is running 32 but software.

Most newer devices requires 64 bit so may be a question for the developer.

That said, it may still be your device of course.

Wierd going just happened. Old phone connect ok so retried it on this and it connected? I hate phone tech ha ha ha thanks anyway. Something puzzling.
