Samsung pay with kids cards

Hi I wanted to know if there is anyway to add a kids card like gohenry or natwest rooster card to my samsung pay as they don't have a cvc code

Try to not put the CV in. If you still can't add the card, use your physical card and tap it to the back of your phone near the NFC sensor (usually on the right of your cameras). If this still fails try google pay, and if that doesn't work use the physical card.

As far as I know you may not as the kids cards normally can't be used for certain things are restricted for security of the child.

With my starling kid card. I just add him £20 on the card to use so he can tap and pay from the physical card.

If they are over 16 you can just order them a normal Starling card and then they can keep the minimum in their main account and rest can be moved to a space for security.

Hi, I just didn't want the risk of losing the card as this card is mainly used on the bus.

Hi, Currently we use Google pay for that card but we just thought Samsung pay was a little safer and we use our tickets for transport and stuff on there and it's quite a hassle to switch

Also I tried not putting the CV but it still won't work and tapping it doesn't add anything either

The current app allows the use of Google pay and Apple pay without a CV as it creates a separate virtual card number or something

Thought UK banks restricted under 16's from mobile pay...

I got round it by setting up a revolt virtual card and getting my eldest son (12) to add it on Google wallet

Natwest rooster card seems to allow this and sent me an email about this new feature it also says add to Google wallet in the app
