My samsung health monitor not working

Hi for some reason my samsung health monitor app not working because it's saying I'm not in the correct Location ways when I'm using it but I don't know what to do...

It means it's not avaliable in your country or region. If you are in the uk, it means your phone is from a probably sketchy source who imported it from another country

But the thing is, it's available in my country.

Did you get your phone from an official source or is it second hand or from a third party?

Also, settings, press your name at the top, profile info, scroll down. Region is where your phone believes it is

So basically Samsung regionalise certain apps now do they?

Your watch might be from a different country. Like how phones stop getting updates when they're in the wrong country
