I have tried downloading a statement to my phone from Barclays app...it says successfully downloaded to default location but when I check there's nothing there?!

you can restart your phone and try again... probably it's gonna help you

@PearlJam: If you head to Apps > Samsung (folder) > My Files > Downloads, you should find it here. Failing that, swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom once the download is complete and there should be a notification for you to tap on to open the file.

same issue here. none of the above work, searched for the file, theres no notification to say its downloading either

I can find the file, but shows 0b content, my Lenovo tablet has no problems, I can do without this every month. Is samsung not compatible with barclaycard?
