Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Can you elaborate more on this? Also, by "bad English," do you mean you are not a native speaker? Feel free to write your message in your preferred language if you want; it can easily be translated. Otherwise, don't stress about it, and I will try my best to help you with this matter.

Yes, I'm not a native speaker

The problem is that when I play a game and I hold down my two finger and when I move the other finger that are moving the joystick the screen make a little movement. It is very annoying

Does this happen on all apps or just one specific game?

This could be due to a multi-touch interference issue.

Adjusting touch sensitivity settings in your display settings, or accessing accessibility options to manage "Ignore repeated touches," may help.

Adjust touch sensitivity: Navigate to "Settings > Display > Touch Sensitivity" and adjust the setting.

Access accessibility settings: Go to "Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity" and look for options like "Ignore repeated touches" to prevent unintended multi-touch inputs. However, this may interfere with using multiple fingers, so disable it if it causes issues.

Other things to check for- do you have a screen protector? Sometimes these can cause multi-touch interferences.

Do a soft restart on the device- press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time until it turns off

I gave a few suggestions; did you manage to test them all in this time and then test within a game? In that case, I would maybe suggest contacting Samsung support and seeing what they suggest.

Hello there @Jittakhone

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

First Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

After that try >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
