Yep. The 34 5G unexpectedly outsold the A54, using an optimized Dimensity chipset that outperformed the A54 in most respects, ran cooler, and had similar-to-better battery life. Sacrificing some aesthetic build and camera niceties. 

All models operating on Samsung's Exynos chipsets, like the A33 and A1*s, are already running last year's UI7. Just give the A34 owners an apology in the form of the earliest UI8 release, imho.

Not a good "first impression" of owning a Samsung phone.
