Issue claiming Fit 3

Hi, I put in a valid claim after purchasing Galaxy A35 for free Fit 3 watch. The claim was submitted on the 20th October. It said I would have a response by them within 5 working days. I have not heard back. I can track the claim but it still says being processed. I can't speak to anyone and no one is replying to my emails. This watch was meant to be an Xmas gift for someone so wondered if anyone knew how to proceed? I understand it can take 45 days to be posted to me but its not been accepted yet.

Hi there 👋, it could take some time to claim being accepted and upon approval it's withing 45 days you get the watch in the past had no issues and my claim was approved within an hour of uploading all necessary documents I suggest you get in touch with promotion team again you can get through them over the phone takes time but you can do so otherwise wait for response for them as it's black Friday and a lot people making claims and cashbacks that's why it might be delayed alternatively you can use web chat

I claimed mine I'm all the pictures it was white I've received a black/navy one I didn't want this colour any one know who I can get in touch with ? Thanks

@stayyyy: Can you clarify where you saw the promotional Galaxy Fit3 advertised in white? I have checked the terms and conditions of the promotion, and it does state that eligible customers can claim the Fit3 in black.
