Is anyone else having problems with their dual sim not working.

@Laceyhop: Please can you provide further details about the issues you're facing with dual SIM? For instance, are both SIMs affected? Also, is the issue tied to a specific network service? 

In the meantime, please head to Settings > Connections > SIM manager, and make sure that both SIMs are toggled on here, and your network is showing next to SIM1 and SIM2.

Both sims are as the same as always. I have not changed anything on phone. Both sims are on and preferred sims are on for "ask always" . Calls and messages come through on uk sim but not on other. Both sims work when aboard.

@Laceyhop: Which country is the affected SIM card registered to? Have you tried contacting the network provider for the affected SIM card to see if there are any restrictions in place that might prevent you from connecting to their network in certain regions?

Affected sim is registeted in Cyprus at present. I'll try contacting the network provider there. It's never given this problem before. I hope it's not because of BREXIT.

Yep, same here, all of a sudden this evening the phone doesn’t recognise the second sim card, just tray 1 and doesn’t even show the option in settings. So I switched the sims around to check if it was the sim tray or network, and the phone only detected a sim in tray 1, not anything in tray 2, and in the settings it doesn't show a dual sim is available because it doesn't detect the second card. The phone stays in its case so is always clean so no dust/dirt issues in the tray slot.. this issue follows on to the recent loss of notification sounds for the media/message/email apps on phone. Via the main settings-notifications-notification sounds, the actual notification isn't played at all, but if I go to settings through the app itself I can hear the notification sound i select, yet when I get an actual pop up notification the phone still doesn't play a sound... yet ringtone and some other google apps work absolutely fine.. I'm sure its because of the last Samsung security patch update i accepted a week ago, someone must have messed up the patch coding because before that everything was fine, but since that day it's had these issues develop, all conveniently now it came to be outside its 2 year warranty. Almost starting to get as bad as apple services...

The same problem after update my s24plus to S926BXXU5AXK4/ S926BOXM5AXK4 / S926BXXU5AXK4, the second was ok before and not found after

I have similar issues with @PapaBear01 . The second sim doesn't show even when I change their positions on the sim trays, I have used both sims on multiple phones before, even my previous phone was a Samsung A14. Please how can this issue be fixed?

Here's how it is on my phone:  dual sim (physical and esim) is working on my phone (samsung s24+).  </span;></span;>

<span;><span;>Physical sim is primary, I turned on the option to use 2nd sim data if primary is not available.  I set data use limit to 0.7 G on primary.  I have both Sims as ON. </span;></span;>

<span;><span;><span;>I've used over 0.7 G this cycle, so the phone stops using primary for data.  Right now,  I get phone and text on primary, and data on secondary.
