Is anyone else having problems with their dual sim not working.

Well still no fix, no professional service can provide any understanding or reason why, even Samsung have been completely stumped by it. They all just go round and round explaining and suggesting the same typical things of what to do but none worked despite telling them that consistently;
-Software update, didn't work.
-Checked and switched on/off all settings like Airplane, Volume and Silence modes, Do Not Disturb mode, even all settings given a basic reset, but didn't work.
-Software reboot, didn't work.
-Full Factory reset, didn't work.

Now even the normal microphone doesn't work, still won't read similar tray 2, still won't play the notifications or ringtone for any apps. It's basically now just an expensive paperweight because even updating to latest software didn't work. So had no choice but to upgrade contract to a new phone, and couldn't even use the old phone as a trade-in coz it doesn't work sufficiently, they said it wouldn't be worth much not working like that.

Have you managed to get this sorted? I can receive SMS messages from SIM2 but I can't get dual SIM turned on for calls.

Dual sim always on supose to transfer calls between sim's when any sim is busy with call . Suddenly this service stopped for one of the sims . I tried many times to solve this issue with service provider but in the end i couldnt .

The last solution was to make hard reset for the samsung s24 ultra and i did it .

But still same problem exist. 

I tried to shift sims places also same problem.

Samsung support couldnt make anything about this . I follow up all instructions but still i have this problem.

I am having the same issue with my Samsung galaxy M15,  only one sim slot is effective.

I also had a problem because after switching from a galaxy a53 to s24 it would not recognize the dual sims. This is what I did to fix it (or at least now it is working for me): I first check it wasn´t a problem with the single SIMs, I inserted one and then the other and my phone could see them. Everytime I was switching off my phon, remove the tray, insert the SIM and switch on again. 

I then inserted both but I would only recognize one and in Settings > Connection > SIM manager,  I could not  activate dual sim use.

I switched off again, remove the tray, switch on (without any SIM inserted) and then inserted both trays. For reason I cannot explain, it recognized both SIMs
