All my incoming calls are listed as private numbers even if i have the contact saved on my phone. When i open my settings show caller information is on. Any ideas?

Does it still happen after a phone restart? Have you recently upgraded or changed networks?

Hi @morour

I'd start with contacting your Network's Customer Support Team and ask them about your Your Caller Line Identification Settings which may need to be activated.

Also try.

  • Launch Phone App.
  • Tap on the 3 little dots in the top right hand corner.
  • Tap on Settings.
  • Tap on Other Call Settings.
  • Toggle on Show Caller Information.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@sanaali444: While this won't necessarily work for all unknown/private numbers, I recommend heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Caller Id and spam protection, and toggle this on. This features uses Hiya to identify callers who aren't on your contacts list, so might go some way to resolving your issue.
