I bought the Samsung A20e handset from Carphone Warehouse 2 weeks ago and keep experiencing low in-call volumes in a lot of calls. It's not every call but probably half. I keep having to switch to loudspeaker but you can still tell a difference in some calls and some you still can't hear properly. Anyone know this is a bug and if there is a fix?
Many thanks in advance 👍

Hey @SteveB1903 ,
Let's try to run a hardware test on your phone to see if the receiver is working correctly. To do this, you just need to follow the steps listed below:
1. From the phone dialler, enter *#0283#.
2. Select RCV Packet Loopback ON (it may appear as Start : RCV_1stMic on some devices).
Say a few words as if you were on a call. Can you hear your voice correctly?

No I can't hear my voice on Start: SPK_1stMic. The other option was Start: SPK_2ndMic and I could hear my voice on that
