I've a cursor control problem

So says Google and an X on a black circle has been added to my screen.

Anyone know how I can get rid of the nuisance black?

The black circle with an x is the new logo, for twitter, but it's no longer called twitter. So instead of tweeting, I guess it must be called x ing.
