I have a samsung galaxy A14 4g

I have recently bought a samsung galaxy A14 4g and have noticed that the quick access panel that I can pull ddown to turn the Internet on and off and many other icons, I have noticed that I can not access the settings on these icons like I can do with my Samsung galaxy tab A7 lite and galaxy A12 A13 and S10, is there any settings on the galaxy A14 4g so that i can access the settings to the icons at the top of the phone?

You should be able to long press on those icons and it'll take you to its settings. Have you installed UI 6.0 update yet?

Thanks for the info, but my Samsung, a 14 will not let me manually disconnect from a busy call that I am dialing. Have to wait on the line busy feature( which I hate) to disconnect. worst Samsung phone I've ever had. I've had 2, A 20s, a Samsung 7 and A 24, but this is absolutely the worst.  But I hate having to dial out and then wait for it to disconnect.I want to hang up on my own when i'm dialing an 800 repeatedly for contests or other time limited things. It also keeps changing languages. My Samsung 7, still works, bought it new but this is the 1 I have to use with my phone carrier
