if it ever asks you to download something or says your device is infected etc then its most likely a scam, because most browsers dont know which files are in/on your device unless given permission, always be aware of things like this.
Just echoing people before me, but this is a blatant scam, and it is something you will come across many times in the future for sure. Never download any app with this kind of prompt. They know what device you are using via software at their end.
If I asked you to download anything or ask you to get an app to fix this or clean it and clean this up this is definitely a scam, this is just trying to reach your personal information I suggest blocking with site reporting it to Samsung and also removing any bloatware and check if there's any.
