Your video won't play till it gets approved by the member moderators first. If you can provide more information on what your issue you are experiencing then someone may provide you an answer.

Hi.

Can't see your video.

But fiat be aware. Goodlock versions are restricted to certain devices and country restrictions.

So of it doesn't support your phone or country not advisable to use it.

Also on newer devices sometimes you need to wait for them to update to support the new device.

Hope this clears a few things.

Okay so I opened goodlock and nothing loaded

If your launching the app and this does nkt open up to the following page >

 

Go into your Settings  > Apps > Choose Goodlock > Location > Clear Cache, and if necessary Clear Data v

Then try uninstalling the app and try again if the above does not help. 

As @GoanGeek correctly points out 👍 Goodlock isn't natively available in all regions.
