How do you make it so you have to unlock your phone first to answer incoming calls?

I am mainly experiencing this issue on a Galaxy A13, for me this is a security issue because someone could steal your phone and if they pick up incoming phone calls they are able to impersonate you from your number.

I would like to know if there is a way to change this in Settings or in any other way.

@Scriptifer: I have looked into this for you, and it is sadly not possible to enable security options for incoming calls, such as a PIN, Pattern or Password. In the event that your phone is stolen, I recommend contacting your mobile network so they can de-activate the SIM, and prevent any possibility of the thief answering incoming calls.
