With the latest Android came an annoying, useless piece of adware called AppCloud. It only seems to exist to try to get you to download games. Its notification can't be swiped away and the option to uninstall it is greyed out.

I neither asked for it nor want it. I have blocked its notifications and have disabled it but I want it off my phone for good. Can a dev provide instructions for permanently deleting it?

It's on my new S25 Ultra.  It cannot be deactivated.

Go to your settings > apps > go to App Cloud > Press Disable app.

Don't forget everything you have system updates or Google updates it activates again so be sure to check it every few weeks, you can force stop and disable it, but it does normally after updates return, l can't believe samsung would do it obviously it's a samsung Google project , annoying not spyware but adware to promote games from playstore

That's bad , l can't believe samsung would sink so low,
I absolutely hate reinstalled apps that you simply cannot get rid of, no matter what you do,
I rooted a pixel once for a friend, every bit of aware and bloatware came back within weeks, no always after an update either, some of these apps can simply reinstall themselves, makes you wonder how much information they steal from you, when you can't even control what's on or running on your phone. In pixel phones, all sorts of strange named apps running in them.
Worse still like l said even rooting phone they suddenly appear again a week later,
I'm sure samsung has some other apps running in systems section that are spy or adware.
or hidden within other system apps,
