How clear unnecessary files.

Could anyone please tell me how to clear unnecessary files on the samsung A41? On my previous phone (A3) I went into My Files, then Get More Space, and Unnecessary Files were listed under there where I could delete them but I don't have the Get More Space under My Files on this phone. Thank you.

Inside there you can delete anything you don't want to keep.

@CC193  The storage section will show you the Recycle Bin, Unused Apps, any  Duplicate and Large Files that you can review. Ensure you thoroughly check before Deleting though, can also Manage storage via Device Care.

It isn't "unnecessary files", only you can decide that.

I use Google One and it offers to clean 52gb of files. What it means is all my videos and I don't want it to do that. Why would you trust your device to decide what to delete?

The way I gave you, you get to select what to delete. Would also advise you to ensure you have Recycle Bin enabled just in case you make a mistake otherwise once it is gone, it is gone.
