How Backup my Samsung phone to my Win laptop

Hi!

Back in Samsung world after some years with Huawei and Honor.

Now I got a Samsung Galaxy a52 5g and would need to backup it before a new program update some days ago.

How to backup my Samsung phone to my Win laptop?

Some years ago I had Samsung Note 3 and Kies as backup program. 

Is Kies still on live?

Kies also synchronised my Samsung phone with my computers' Outlook Office.

Hopefully there is a way to synchronise phone and computer, tasks, calender, etc.

Would not like to "publish" my data in any cloud but have for safety reasons a local backup. 

All ideas and experiences are most welcomed!

Welcome back to the fold. Kies is now Smart Switch for PC so no need for cloud.
