Highlighting text I've got a blue circle

I don't know what I've done when I and touching anything it's got a blue circle and it's hard to select or highlight text.

Does anyone know what I mean? How do I go back to original cursor that's just a upright cursor when I select text and doesn't have blue circle when doing anything.

Have you installed a 3rd party app or customisation that could be doing this?

Yes I have I installed a couple of apps themes etc thanks for reminding me because I wouldn't have remembered for a while. Your a wee star Robin999 thanks so much. I really appreciate it.
