First of all both phones must be wireless charging capable. Second, you pull the top bar and search for Wireless Power Share and tap it. After that , just put the phones back to back.

Which Note 10 ? If it's Note 10 + , then it is wireless charging compatible ( according to some sites)

Samsung A20e I'm sure doesn't support wireless power share and isn't wireless charging. yeah your Note 10 has it... the Note 10 is a higher grade device.
