sorting photos

Can anyone advise, within an album of photos how do you sort them to your sequence? Ive clicked edit and tried to move but they dont. Galaxy a10.

from my understanding of your question and with the way I handle media files like images and videos... I go into my gallery... tap and hold on 1 photo/video... then a tick icon shows up... tick all the images and videos you want in a album...once you ticked them all you can press on the "3 vertical dots" top right corner and then press move to album to have them all organised in different albums.

if you've moved to a Samsung from another manufacturer and all your images are out of sequence or of a particular order then I'm not sure how to get them back into that particular order.

thanks, but yes its the problem where i have taken for example 20 photos and i have them in a folder that i want but not in sequence that i want

may have to look in the playstore to download a 3rd party Gallery app that let's you customise the order of the media. ive just been looking in my gallery settings and options... theres one for "sort" but thats by date or name.

going through the playstore might take some time and it may be a case of trying then deleting the app but you may find a better gallery app for yourself

there maybe someone else in here that may have a better solution though or know a trick to do what you're asking for.
