Just as the test asks, is the mic hole covered with dirt? if yes try to clear it up.
also, did you;
1-get some liquids into the mic hole, like droped it in water or was exposed to sweat, rain ,etc?
2-insert some sharp object in the mic hole?
3-drop the phone, and then this issue started?
finally, what happened to the phone before you started carrying out the test?

If it is a brand new unit and started off with a mic issue, DO return it and have it replaced.
It happens sometimes that some units are not as perfect as they should be, Samsung will happily replace them.

@tashaxrock ypu shouldn't have to be troubleshooting a brand new phone.
Don't wait in returning the phone for a swap.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
