Hi j bought a55 but android setup keeps running in background Does it have to do that any way if stopping?

Hi @emmk and warm welcome

If you want to disable it you can do by going to
Settings > apps > top corner press arrow shaped icon > show system apps and press okay> search for android set up and disable it
