HELP! My phone got run over by a 4X4...

HI

So my A51 got run over by a 4x4 the other day and the screen is completely smashed...the phone is still 'working', but the screen is dead...How can i access all my data that is still on the phone? I have searched for various answers on the interweb but can't find one specific to this issue which is...

I can't unlock the phone using my pin which means

that if i connect it to a pc it won't show up in explorer because its locked...

i feel like i am going round in circles and getting more and more frustrated!

Any help would be really appreciated

Get the screen repaired or try simulate secondary display

You can unlock it using Find my mobile and then backup

Yeah I have tried this but I can't register my phone because I can't access the screen blah blah blah!

Maybe try taking it to one of those tech shops that promise data recovery. Be equipt with a USB drive and leave it with them for a few days

I wouldn't mind having the broken phone once you have extracted the data if you are going to dispose of it

What do you mean by "dead"? Is it completely black and unresponsive? Or does it display picture, but no touch?  If the latter, connect a USB mouse. It will let you access all screen functions.

If you could still see the screen despite the phone being smashed, try to purchase a USB OTG cable and connect a keyboard or mouse in order navigate through the system.
