Hello @Vladstanoiu

I'm not aware of what rights you have in your country so do please check the shops T&C's of sale.

In the UK if a phone purchased directly from Samsung has issues before 30 days of purchase then Samsung replace it.

After 30 days they repair only.

Again in the UK if a phone is purchased via a reseller or has been supplied as part of a mobile phone contract then a person would need to check those T&C's.

There is a setting that makes a phone reboot after a certain timeframe.

This is in Settings, Device Care and press the 3 little dots in the top RH Corner, Press Auto Restart and turn it Off if it's On.

If Auto Restart is not turned On then put the phone in Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.

If this stops in Safe Mode then one or more of your apps is causing this. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time.

If this continues in Safe Mode then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre or the shop you purchased the phone from.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
