What happens when you press the power button @sobby ?
There is a soft reset.
》samsung-galaxy-a70/softreset.
There is a hard reset but this deletes your stored information.
》samsung-galaxy-a70/hard reset.
If this fails then if a factory reset isn't helping then you do really need hands on via a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre.
