I think you download Google Gallery from Playstore or it's preinstalled in the phone already.
I think it's a separate app, not sure if you can merge them.

yeah that's what I was thinking just thought it was possible

You can download your photos from the Google Photo's app as normally any photos in your Gallery are sync and backedup to Microsoft Onedrive. The Gallery is already pre installed by Samsung.

yeah but doing that u have to free up space on the phone but I don't think u can merge them together

Indeed, there is no possibility to see photos from Google Photos in Samsung Gallery. Integration will be nice though.

You can on the S24 Ultra. Go into Google photos, swipe up on a pic, select download, and the pic will go straight to Samsung gallery.
