Hello I have been trying to use google pay on my phone but it's not supported and I can not find the NFC in setting Galaxy A04S

On the Settings screen, tap Connections and tap the NFC and contactless payments switch to activate it. 

If you don't see the option, please tell us where you purchased your phone from.

The option is not there, I purchase my phone from Nigeria and I'm presently now living in uk

The Galaxy A04s from that region does not have NFC. You can find this information under Spec: Galaxy A04s | Samsung Africa

So what can I do to change the region to have the NFC, I have changed the region on stereo still nothing

Hello,  sorry to hijack this post but I'm wanting to know why my friend can't see the NFC setting on their Galaxy A04s either.  It was purchased from JB Hi Fi in Australia this year (2023). Any advice and assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I also cannot see the option after purchasing mine from the UK, it worked completely fine on my last device.

@rayjo: If NFC is supported on your device, then you can enable it via the Quick Panel by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the menu, or by heading to Settings > Connections > NFC and contactless payments > On. If the option isn't visible in these location, then the feature is not available.
