Galaxy A71 Mic randomly stop working at all and the only temp work around is restaring the phone

My A71 every 2-3 days the microphone stops working for two weeks till now and I need to restart the mobile as a workaround for this issue, it's Really annoying, appreciate any help and support

This is caused by the latest firmware update. I and my wife have A71, we are having this problem since the latest firmware update. Microphone not working and we have to restart the phones.

Netherlands, A71, same issue. Tried everything, but...nothing. Sometimes a week without problems, sometimes every day. No hardware problem for sure. IF it works, it works fine. Any help appreciated.

This is the exact same problem my Samsung A71 is having too. I've uninstalled almost all my apps thinking it's a third party app causing it. I has gotten so worse now that I have to restart my phone about 5 times a day. I can't even send a WhatsApp voice record.

SAMSUNG please fix this. PLEASE.

Seems this issue won't be fixed. I feel this was done deliberately and there is no option to roll back update or to re-update the phone

i feel that too. They "force" us to buy their newest phones. This practice is known to Apple. Now Samsung?

Same here, cca after the last big update mic is mostly unfunctional.. restart is only a temporary fix

The year is 2024 and the same problem still persists on my phone. It is very interesting that Samsung has not yet solved this problem. There is no sound on the other side of my phone calls at random times. A few times either I or the other party call again but since the result does not change I turn the phone off and on and it is fixed. It has become annoying to do this constantly. My preference for Samsung, which started with the S2, has been going on for years but thanks to this phone I have lost interest in Samsung. I can no longer stand these restarts and will buy a phone from another brand other than Samsung.
