After update Samsung Galaxy A70 to Android 11 / One UI 3 several times per day I get
"An SD card was removed unsafely. To prevent your phone from restarting unexpectedly, save unsaved data and restart your phone"
It works fine although.
SD card (Samsung Pro 64 GB, 90/70 MBps) was rechecked and tried:
- restarting the phone
- unmounting the card and restarting the phone
- physically removing SD card and cleaning the pins
- copying the card contents to the PC, reformatting the card, then copying back

A generic troubleshooting tip is …
Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone.
