Galaxy A70 hasn't updated

Good evening all, my Galaxy A70 hasn't received any updates since the September 2020 security patch and I'm curious as to whether other A70 owners are experiencing the same thing? It was set to receive One UI 2.5 in late 2020, however never did. Maybe Samsung has taken a hiatus with the A70 model but it seems odd. Any info will be appreciated. Good day!

Could try connecting to computer and use the Smart Switch app on the computer to check for updates. ( my Note10+ kept saying software was up to date when I checked on the phone, but Smart Switch on my laptop came up with updates )

Good luck 🤞 - nb - it has to be the Smart Switch app on your computer that you use - the Smart Switch app on the phone itself won't do it

You Could Go On Biometrics And Security Then Tap On Security Patch.

When I Tried This On My A21s It Worked. It Runs One UI 2.5

I wish it worked, but it's still at September 2020, whereas the Google Play system update is at 1 February 2021

If yours isn't, I'll be because your carrier hasn't released an update yet

Oh I see, but does that still count if my network gave me the phone unlocked on contract?
